To lease an office, you'll also need a Founding Citizenship ($1,800/year or $150/month), separate from office rent.

Yes. Hosting an event in the Spaceship or Lounge is exclusive to Founding Citizens. Membership ensures access to our curated community, event spaces, and governance privileges.
Founding Citizens can book either the Spaceship on the 2nd floor or the Lounge on the 16th floor.
The Spaceship is ideal for talks, panels, and product launches, while the Lounge offers a more relaxed setting for dinners, meetups, or networking nights.
The Spaceship can host up to 200 guests standing or 120 seated, depending on configuration. The Lounge accommodates smaller groups in an intimate, lounge-style layout.
Absolutely. Both spaces offer modular seating, AV setup, and ambient lighting. Custom branding, streaming, and staging options are also available on request.
